Our small staff works tirelessly to make the mission of the Wisconsin Center for Christian Study a reality because they believe when Christians renew their minds, the world truly benefits.

  • david p. seemuth, ph.d.

    Executive Director

    David has been an Adjunct Professor at Trinity International University for over 30 years and teaches in the area of Biblical Studies, specializing in the New Testament. He also served as an Associate Pastor at Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, WI for 31 years.

  • rebecca bowling

    Director of operations

    Rebecca is an ordained minister of the Assemblies of God and has her Bachelor's Degree in Practical Theology. She has spent the last 10 years working in the non-profit world to serve those with addictions, the homeless, and poverty stricken both at home and abroad. Rebecca has observed first hand that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the only true hope for redemption in this world.

  • Karen seemuth

    Executive assistant

    Karen worked in the medical field for 30 years. She was Director of Operations for BrookLink, Inc, a non profit organization which provides Biblical Training and Leadership Development in the developing world. She helped David as he set up Wisconsin Center for Christian Study and now serves as his Executive Assistant. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and likes to knit.

  • Jodi matuszak

    Book Keeper

    Jodi has a wide background of experience in both church environments as well as in the marketplace where she served in the area of Human Resources. She has a great attention to detail and a delightful personality. She is married and has two daughters. She loves to take her dog hiking and loves to spend time scrapbooking.

David P. Seemuth, Ph.D. - Board President

David has been an Adjunct Professor at Trinity International University for over 25 years and teaches in the area of Biblical Studies, specializing in the New Testament. He also served as an Associate Pastor at Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, WI for 31 years.


C. Lee Heyward, D.Min. - Chairman of the Board

Lee Heyward is the Executive Director of BrookLink, Inc., a non-profit organization seeking to bring theological education and leadership development to the developing world. Lee travels extensively abroad to fulfill his mission. He also is an adjunct professor at Trinity International University.


Penny Van Wyhe, BBA - Treasurer

Penny serves as Treasurer for WCCS. Penny has an extensive business background in health care and directs the operations of a large, local medical clinic.


Daniel Green, Ph.D.

Dan is the Clinical Director of New Life Resources, a counseling agency in Brookfield, WI. He also is an adjunct professor at Trinity International University. He often teaches abroad in the area of Counseling.


Larry Schmidt, Sr.

Larry is our most recent addition to the WCCS Board of Directors. He is a successful business man and is involved in numerous ministry initiatives. He is also a ‘go to adviser’ on key issues of organizational structure and strategies. He has served on the boards of many organizations.

Our Faculty
